Who is interested in a little T&T Drag Racing, before the Double Header AutoX in Sept?

I will be there Friday for stickers, might go out to the Drag Strip to get a couple passes in to see how fast it is...........

Anyone else up for a little straight line fun?

Don't take this the wrong way Bobby, but please keep the car running for autocross.
We'd like to see it make some runs at Fairmeadow.
Also, I heard we're having a burnout contest after Sundays event!!!

Well the replacement fan came in today, and they upgraded me to their next step up.

All the other issues are being worked out this weekend, my list of 8 things is down to 4.

Burnout contests rule!

Too bad I will be at Hallett the 14th/15th/16th with the Ford SVT guys.

I'm up for some drag racing even though you'll smoke me. 

The 'vette has ran a best of 13.0 at 107.

You should be an easy second quicker and 10-15 mph faster.

 I'm not sure I could hang with you even on the bottle.....er if I had one that is  Grin

Well, I damaged my Diff at the Drags and it blew up on the first run on Saturday.  I ran a 15.1 on my first run with the massive 17's.  I am sure with smaller wheels I would be in the 14's on a street port 13B.

Bobby started off the night running a 12.5.  I believe his best run was a 12.3 at 116mph.  You have to launch in 2nd gear and finish in 5th.  I ran it once at the drags and a few times on Saturday and all I can say is that the car is a true Monster.  More power than you know what to do with and no where near enough tire.

wow nice times bobby!  Looks like I'm going to need to pump a little more air and fuel into my engine to hang with a 12.3.  You set the bar high.

Best time was a 12.2 @ 116mph and that was coasting the last 200 feet or so b/c it wouldnt go into 5th.

Going out Friday to get that 11.9!
