I will be out there as soon as the gates open so to get asmany runs in early so the car can adjust. It will get better after a couple of hard runs. Might splash in some 100LL into the tank at work.  :mrgreen:

I hear you about the distraction.  That Mustang was pretty hot... he is supposed to be at the shootout at Mokan this weekend, but should be back at the midnights on the 23rd.  Have you seen Mike McCullough and Chris Derrick's black mustang?  Serious power... they are running 7.30's on a turbo, but that's after popping the chutes at the 1,000 foot mark.  It would have easily gone 7.20's and 198-200 mph.  You should try to catch the Shootout on the 30th... they will be there.  Car sounds awesome leaving the line... <squish>

Mike and Chris's white turbo mustang was tuned at our shop - OMG that car is unbelievable!  We haven't seen the black one yet.  The guy that owns the yellow mustang (I'm drawing a blank on his name right now) helps with Mike and Chris's white and black ones - he brought the yellow one in for tuning as well.  I don't know that I've ever seen more beautiful and exciting Mustangs in my life!

We haven't been able to make it to the drags, since the tuning season has hit.  Tulsa Dyno has been very busy, but at least we're still contributing to the performance scene!!  I could go out there with Chris at work, but my car, yet again, is having some major issues, but maybe I'll hopefully be able to make it out there to mingle.

Yeah, Mike told me they were down at your shop tuning and I thought about you guys... haven't seen you since the Dyno Day last year.  

The yellow stang is Kyle Bruce... it does sound SWEEEEET.   There are several mustangs that will be out at the Shootout on the 30th.  Mustang lovers will be in hog heaven... as will Nova and Chevelle lovers. (like me)

My only letdown with Bruce's Mustang is that is is carb'ed.  Fuel injection is so much better with a turbo, especially since you can tune the ignition timing electronically instead of just turning the distributer.

Oh well, it is still faster than snot and can outrun my car nearly twice.

Okay, I'll be hitting the track for some t&t, my bud Eric T will be going with his Contour SVT, and I think big K might be going in the Mustang.

If "Sean" is me, I'm about 90% sure I'll be there.  Car is still at 4Star getting a lot of minor things done.

Should be fun.  I have no idea how the whole staging area works.  But I do know how to run through the gears.

I plan on going right after work so I should be there around 5:30 or so.

its beginning to look like I will be just a passenger in someone else's car.  The truck hasn't been touched yet and its not ready to make a drive to TIR.  I'll still be there though.
