Wanna mount some studded Michelin C4 rally ice tires but the alloy rims I have are too wide.  Anyone looking to get rid of some 6-inch or narrower 15" 5x100 steel rims?  I have one 5.5-inch Volkswagen rim that fits the Legacy fine so if I could scare up a few more Subaru or VW rims I'll be ready to tackle an icy Rural Route 3 in SS when it happens ...

What I thought was a VW rim turned out to be an Audi one (5x112  Sad ) but I snagged a Neon rim that works.  Still would love to find three rims before the next ice storm ...  Anyone?

It turns out that rims from Pontiac Sunfires are a perfect fit for the Legacy and are both plentiful and cheap at local salvage yards. And, FWIW, the Michelin C5 shod Legacy is more like a snowmobile jaunting up & down the hilliest ice & snow covered roads in west Tulsa County these past few weeks! Too much like fun ...
