Glad you posted this Bobby.  Those are some smoking times.

I think we need an official Hallett lap time thread.  I suspect Bobby has everyone here by a fair margin.

Cool to see more LS swapped cars out at Hallett.   I tried to download your videos but they timed out.   Was interesting in comparing your video to my last outing.

edit, looks like video started downloading second try.
edit2, maybe not, still not downloading.    Sad
edit3, for reference, I have a black e30 track car that received a LS1 transplant over the winter.
edit4,  got the vid!
edit5, no more edits...  Grin

Just now watched the vids.  You could use much taller gears.  And video image stabilization.  Smiley

Are different gears an option?

Seeing that I have this 24' rolling sign behind me, it was time that an official race team was created.

And becasue, "How Many Assholes' we got on this thing anyway" seemed inappropriate going down the road, this was the next best thing.

Curious Bobby, what is your current rear end gear ratio?   Are you running a F-body T-56 or a GTO T-56?

With a 3.64 rear and an F-body T-56 I think 3rd gear is kind of goofy in my car.   I wish I had held out for a GTO trans with a better 3rd gear but I guess I'll go to something like a 3.73 or possibly a 3.91 to rectify that problem.

He is currently running the Stock TII Rearend and it is a 4.10 gear.  I cannot verify the Transmission but I believe it is from and F-Body.
